Never really found a core workout that kept me interested or gave me results before hardcore. Suitable for any level due to the knowledge and professionalism of the instructors, hardcore is a set of core activities using all major muscle groups in the body. Obvious improvement in definition and strength after 6 weeks, would do the class every week if available.

I really enjoy this class. I find it relaxing, but at the end of the session you can feel that you have had a proper workout. I joined this class late, and didn't have any prior experience of using a Stability Ball, but found I mastered the moves quickly. The classes are well supervised, and posture / positioning correction is given throughout to ensure that each member of the class gets the most out of each position on the ball. I especially like that the exercises are free from impact, I have learnt new ways to stretch out my back after a long day on my feet at work, and my balance has improved. I would recommend this class to anyone who is looking to do something different, but challenging.

More gentle and controlled than boot camp but no less taxing on the muscles. Easy to follow exercises and a repeated weekly programme that's easy to pick up.
We found it very adaptable as there were all types of abilities in the class and any injuries seemed to be easily accommodated.
An enjoyable non competitive atmosphere. Very knowledgeable coach and attentive assistants helping to get the right techniques to get the best out of the class and avoid injuries.
